“I have been an Oncology nurse for almost 6 years, during this time I have realized how the mental health gets deteriorated when patients face life threatening experiences. I want to become a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner because I can help my patients to canalize their thoughts in ways that they can function much better as mentally healthy individuals. I always find myself talking to patients in ways that they open up to me, I really enjoy been there for them talking about their insecurities and fears.”
