Fisher v. University of Texas. 133 S. Ct. 2411, 186 L. Ed. 2d 474, 2013 U.S. LEXIS 4701 (2013).
The purpose of this assignment is to understand how judicial review of agency action is conducted. Consider why Fisher believed her constitutional rights were violated by the University of Texas when it denied her admission and then discuss the reasoning of the Court in determining the standard of review which was applicable in a case involving an affirmative action program at the University of Texas.
