FIELD TRIP REPORT FORMAT
– 2 Pages
– Single space
– Times New Roman, size 11
– Required content:
o In depth analysis of one work that you have seen in the exhibition.
o Formally describe the work.
o Contextualize the work within the exhibition.
o Contextualize the work within its sociopolitical environment.
o Frame the work within one theory or concept we have discussed in the class. All covered readings are available in Canvas.
o Conclusion should drive all of the above information together, into a paragraph that not only summarizes your ideas but results in something new – your observation beyond what you can see.
