with current issues and/or developments in food microbiology. There are five graded components of this
1. Topic: Selection of a topic on current issues and/or recent developments in food microbiology.
2. Outline: One-page outline that illustrates the major components of the paper.
3. List of references: Complete list of references to be used. The list can be extended. MInimum 25
I am attaching a VERY rough outline that I submitted. The topic is comparing food safety at farmers markets in the US to similar products found in grocery stores. This is for a microbiology class, so needs to be heavy in recent research and micro terms. The teacher wants a diverse collection of references including current research from multiple journals, textbooks and “white papers”
